When his bathroom mirror reflection begins to separate from him, a mixed race queer teen must navigate a landscape of identity and change before living visions of his internal battle tear his world apart.
Received 6 awards including a Wonderland Award from the Lewis Carroll Society of North America and screened at 36 festivals including Outfest Los Angeles, the Oscar-qualifying Calgary International Film Festival, the Diversity in Cannes Showcase, and the BAFTA-recognized Aesthetica Short Film Festival.

Sharp, striking and fast paced this 6.00 min short is memorable for its warped visual reality. Haney draws upon Lewis Carroll’s “Through the Looking Glass” and creates a deeply touching film about feeling trapped behind the glass of a self that you no longer recognise.
