Written & Directed by Alex Haney
A teenager struggles to find courage in the face of a vicious bully when a death threat sends shockwaves through her family and school. Based on a true story. “Charity” addresses how parents should and should not deal with bullying, how schools sometimes react, and how cyberbullying painfully affects teenagers. It sends the message that it can get better because you make it better, and that a positive future is always there if you believe in yourself.
